Peerplays has indicated that they are not willing to make the
changes necessary for the BAL to support them as a backend, and at
this point the BAL needs to update to fully support Leap as a
backend in ways that Peerplays is not compatible with. As a result,
it is necessary to drop support for Peerplays altogether in order
to provide a clean slate for the BAL to be updated to become fully
compatible with Leap.
