GUI to the Pollaris voting system for blockchains

Smart contracts which form the back-end of Follow My Vote's simple polling system, Pollaris

This is an implementation of The Pollaris Onboarding Server.

One instance of this server is present for each Pollaris deployment. It is responsible for onboarding new voters by assigning them invite codes, and when they present their invitation, it registers their blockchain account and places them into their polling group(s). It then communicates the blockchain node(s) URLs back to the voter's client so the client can interact with the chain.

The Pollaris Fiducial server improves the user experience and security of a Pollaris deployment by providing a pre-authenticated reference point to enable clients to locate and authenticate their Deployment server.

Components for Follow My Vote CI operations. These components can define common operations for CI/CD pipelines in a single location so they can be referenced from many projects and updated all at once.
